
Refund Policy
At Uncle Ray’s Outfitters, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be fair to both our guests and our business while maintaining a reliable booking schedule.
Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Deposits are applied toward the total trip cost.

Full payment is due prior to or at the time of your scheduled trip.
Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled trip will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip will forfeit the deposit.
-
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy

Guests may reschedule their trip (subject to availability) if notice is given at least 7 days in advance.

One reschedule per booking is allowed at no additional charge.

Rescheduled trips must be used within the same season unless otherwise approved.
Weather & Captain Cancellations

Trips run in most weather conditions, including light rain.

If the captain determines conditions are unsafe (high winds, lightning, severe storms), the trip will be:

Rescheduled at no cost, or
-
Fully refunded, based on customer preference.

Trip Interruptions

If a trip is cut short due to weather or mechanical issues, a partial refund or credit may be issued at the captain’s discretion based on time fished.
Late Arrivals

Trips will begin and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced fishing time without refund.
No Fish Policy

Fishing is an outdoor activity and catch rates can vary.

No refunds will be issued based on the number or size of fish caught.
Processing Refunds
-
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
